Inside each mailer is a QR code where patients can choose to join The Hope Post’s monthly mail club with a discount from your clinic. Every month, they’ll receive a new letter, journal prompts and small moments of self-care, so the support that started in your office continues through every stage of their journey. It comes at no cost to your practice and with no extra work for your team.

1. What is the Welcome Mailer? A one-time gift your team hands to patients at the start of their fertility journey. Inside are a letter of encouragement, journal prompts, a calming waiting-room reset, a comforting recipe, a keepsake sticker and a playlist. It reminds patients that this journey takes real emotional strength, and that they don’t have to carry it alone.
2.When should our team give it to patients?
Most clinics hand it out at the first consultation or when treatment begins. It arrives sealed and ready to give, so staff can simply hand it over with no explanation needed.
3.Do we need to share any patient information?
No. Your team hands mailers directly to patients, so The Hope Post never receives names, addresses or health information. If a patient chooses to subscribe, they sign up with us on their own.
4. How does the patient subscription work?
Each mailer includes a QR code where patients can join The Hope Post’s monthly mail club with a discount from your clinic. Signing up is entirely their choice, with no cost or follow-up for your practice. Each quarter, we’ll send you a short note with how many of your patients chose to subscribe.
5.How much does it cost?
Pricing starts at $7 per mailer, depending on your monthly quantity. We’re happy to send our full pricing sheet on request.
6.How many mailers should we order?
Most clinics order about one mailer per new patient each month. Plans start at 25 mailers a month, and you can adjust your quantity as your patient volume changes.
7. Can we try it before committing? Yes. Start with a free sample kit so your team can see the mailer in person. When you’re ready, our pilot month gives you 25 mailers at the Starter rate with no commitment.
8. Is there a contract? After the pilot month, plans run on a 3-month commitment. That lets us print exactly what you need and keep pricing low.
9. When will mailers arrive?
Orders placed by the 10th of the month are delivered to your clinic by the 1st of the following month. Shipping is included.
10. Can the mailer include our clinic’s branding?
Yes. For a one-time $250 setup fee, we’ll add a co-branded card with your logo and a personal welcome note from your team inside each mailer.
11. How does billing work?
We send an invoice with each order, payable by ACH or card. Established partners can pay on Net 15 terms. A W-9 and certificate of insurance are available on request.
12. Who creates The Hope Post?
The Hope Post was founded by Meghan Duchene, a CRNA who spent three years going through IVF before welcoming her son. Every mailer is written to complement the medical and counseling care your team already provides. It offers encouragement and comfort, not medical advice.
13. Do you work with clinics outside South Carolina?
Yes. We ship to clinics nationwide.

About the Founder
I’m Meghan Duchene, a nurse anesthetist with over a decade of experience. I’ve spent my career on the clinical side of patient care, including providing anesthesia for fertility treatments, laboring patients, and procedures for pregnancy loss. I know how much your teams give to their patients every day.
I also know what it’s like to be the patient. My husband and I spent three years going through IVF before welcoming our son. The medical care I received was excellent, but no one prepared me for the emotional weight of the journey: the waiting, the uncertainty, and the strength it took just to keep going.
I started The Hope Post to fill that gap. Every mailer is written by someone who has sat in your waiting room, so your patients know from day one that what they’re feeling is real, their strength matters, and they don’t have to carry this alone.
